In the context of my busy urologic practice, I am often asked if there is any way to make male orgasms last longer. This area is one where men are jealous of women. I call it Venus Envy. For reasons unknown, nature designed humans so that women can experience prolonged wavelike orgasms, while men can experience brief and thunderous orgasms, five to seven seconds in duration.
